We understand that is always preferred to get a quick 'Ball Park Figure'. At theChilli part of our 'Philosophy' is honesty and the quote is as only as good as the information quoted on. We would rather you have a true quote than for you to find hidden costs later.

Here we will break down the many different areas of web design and how it effect you design.

What we offer:

Design and consultation:

• We will meet with you and discuss what it is you want your site to achieve and it's target audiences. We will then discuss with you your design requirements laying out a comprehensive brief so that we can then make a valid and detailed quotation.
• After the quotation has been agreed we will then start the design process keeping in touch with every step of the way. You involvement is essential to good design, and we are always happy to listen to ideas no matter what stage of the design process you may have them.

Updating you site:

• There are two ways that this can be achieved:
• Using new breakthrough software that enables you to log on to your site and edit its content at your leisure. The software also enables you to add pictures, create, edit and delete pages. The software will be included in the quote as well as any training required. See Training
• The above method is the ideal situation when time and staffing is not an issue. It is however time consuming and does require some training (see training). For those clients who would rather theChilli did all the updates we offer a comprehensive support package which will enable you to concentrate on your business and let us do the work for you. The cost of this support will be included in your quote so you are fully aware from the beginning the 'true Cost' of you site.

Hosting:

• We will host your site for you at no extra charge.

Coding and Dynamic Content:

• Full Coding service and dynamic web design. What ever dynamic needs you require we can deliver. Carts, Databases, forums etc

Logo Design

• You can either supply us with your corporate identity to be placed on your site or let us design it for you. Many companies ask us to roll the two together saving time, money and ultimately giving you a consistent corporate identity.
• This is also closely linked to correspondence design. We offer a complete design service for all your correspondence including posters,business cards, compliment slips and letter heads.
