If you are looking at this page, the chances are you are in a similar position to ours a couple of years ago. The dream of a life in France and making that dream a reality. When we made that move we did it knowing that Rachel is a fluent French speaker who has spent a few years living in the country already. Everyone knows that France , for all of its good points, is a land which has perfected the art of bureaucracy, or would it better be called a science?

Whichever, speaking the lingo helped make our dream a reality.
