Hill View was originally a domestic bungalow that was extended to offer ground floor accommodation in single bedrooms, all of which have en-suite facilities and are carpeted. The home is spacious and has a large lounge off the hallway at the front of the home, a dining room with an open plan kitchen and large conservatory that residents may use whenever they wish.

Call bells are located in all rooms around the home in case a service user needs assistance.

The Managers office, medication storage room and laundry room are located at the rear of the building to minimise interruptions to the residents.

Hill View has a bathroom with a hoist for assisted bathing and a separate shower room.

Pine wooden furniture suites are provided in the bedrooms, consisting of a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, however residents may bring in furniture after full inspection to the safety by Hill View. Residents are more than welcome to bring in their own personal items for their room if they so wish.

The company employs its own maintenance team to ensure that the rooms remain decorated to a high standard.
