Oak House Homecare Ltd are committed to providing a service to people within our Community to assist them with being able to remain in their own homes.

We provide these services for a mixed ability group of service users including those who require long-term care, respite, palliative and terminal care.

The services required can vary, and we always endeavour to diversify our services to meet the specific individual need of each person, whether it is full personal care or assistance to light an open fire. However we are always willing to adapt to a specific request if it is within our capacity to do so, and if not will seek alternatives by contacting our local authority on your behalf.

• Laundry
• Sitting Service
• Pension collection
• Assistance with medication
